Marketing test
At Energy Saving Trust, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to promote sustainable energy solutions and address the climate emergency. In this new position, you will contribute to the effectiveness and innovation of our marketing strategies, working within a purpose-driven team dedicated to making a positive impact. You will collaborate across departments to help deliver campaigns, analyse marketing performance, and ensure our values of integrity, innovation and collaboration are reflected in all you do.
Key Responsibilities in Marketing Campaign Execution and Testing
- Assist in the development, scheduling and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print and events channels.
- Support the creation and testing of marketing materials and messaging to achieve the best possible audience engagement and campaign results.
- Work closely with colleagues in communications, sales and product teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
- Monitor, test and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing recommendations for optimisation.
- Contribute to A/B testing and other marketing experiments designed to improve conversion and audience reach.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to GDPR and organisational policies in all marketing activities.
- Promote Energy Saving Trust’s commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion through all aspects of marketing activity.
- Champion our values in both internal collaboration and external communications.
Essential Experience and Qualifications for Marketing Roles
- Experience or demonstrated interest in marketing, with a focus on campaign delivery, testing, or analysis.
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Desirable Skills in Marketing and Campaign Testing
- Experience using marketing or analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, social media dashboards or email platforms).
- Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with the energy, sustainability or public sector markets.
- Relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
