Digital Marketing Manager- Corporate
Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The role
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our digital and corporate marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our paid digital marketing activity, delivering high-performing campaigns that increase engagement, generate high-quality B2B leads and maximise the impact of our work to address the climate emergency.
You’ll take ownership of our paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other digital channels, including management of our Google Ad Grant. Working closely with colleagues across content, social media and web, you’ll use SEO, AI optimisation and performance insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness and website performance.
You’ll also lead digital reporting, oversee email marketing activity, line manage a Digital Executive and work with agency partners to ensure every pound of investment delivers measurable value.
The team
The digital and corporate marketing team plays a pivotal role in raising the profile and impact of Energy Saving Trust. We lead the development and delivery of corporate marketing activity across both business and consumer audiences, helping organisations and households take positive steps towards a more sustainable future.
Combining strategic thinking, digital expertise and creative delivery, we deliver impactful campaigns, enhance digital marketing performance and manage our corporate website and marketing technology platforms. We continuously evolve our digital capabilities, champion marketing best practice and use data-driven insights to maximise engagement and deliver an exceptional user experience across all our channels.

What you will do
Plan, deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other digital channels to maximise reach, engagement and lead generation.
Manage PPC activity, including our Google Ad Grant, working closely with agency partners to improve performance and maximise return on investment.
Lead digital analytics and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity, translating performance data into clear recommendations.
Support SEO, AI optimisation and email marketing, helping improve website visibility, customer journeys and campaign performance.
Line manage and develop a Digital Marketing Executive while promoting an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team culture where everyone can thrive.
What you will bring
Proven experience delivering successful digital marketing and paid media campaigns, particularly within a B2B environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and digital reporting tools.
Experience developing SEO strategies, applying AI optimisation best practice and managing email marketing campaigns, including automation and customer journeys.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimise campaign performance and communicate actionable insights to a range of stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience advising colleagues, managing agency relationships and delivering digital marketing projects in a collaborative environment.
