This is a collaborative, creative and insight-led team where you'll work closely with colleagues across communications, content, policy and programme teams, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Together, we help shape how audiences experience Energy Saving Trust online, from search and email journeys to paid advertising and website performance.

Set up, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
Support search engine optimisation (SEO) and AI optimisation activity across our website and digital channels.
Deliver and continuously improve our email marketing programme, including testing, performance evaluation and optimisation of customer journeys.
Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards to support reporting, performance tracking and decision-making.
Work with agencies and freelancers to help deliver effective digital marketing activity and achieve value for money.
Share digital marketing knowledge, emerging trends and best practice with colleagues across the organisation.
Act as a brand guardian for digital applications and assets, helping ensure consistency, accessibility and quality across our digital channels.
What you will bring
Experience of working in a digital marketing, communications or marketing team.
Experience of creating, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns in-house.

Experience using digital tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity.
An understanding of SEO and AI optimisation principles and best practice.
Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting performance data and turning insights into practical recommendations.
