Getting here
The office is on the high street is reachable by multiple bus routes, taxis and is close to Belfast Lanyon Place train station. There are a number of car parks nearby, including CastleCourt and Victoria Square.

Entry to the building is either:
High Street
Doors: 1 accessibility powered door, one door unlocked with key card, and a revolving door.
Entrance leads to lobby area with either glass lift or 7 stairs up to main lift.
7 stairs up will lead to main lift. Glass lift (on the right) will lead to 1st Floor, Clockwise Reception.Waring Street- back car park, only accessed with key card, this leads to the back door of River House.
All visitors must report here. You will receive a guest pass, visit the café or access lifts to other floors. Visitor passes must be returned at the end of the day to one of the team or Clockwise reception post box.
There is bike storage via the gate on Waring Street, visitors must bring their own locks.
Toilets
The 4th floor has 6 individual, self-contained cubicles containing a toilet and a sink. These toilets are outside of the office space, through the common area and out the door to where you find the lifts. You can reenter the office by using a key card.
Accessible bathrooms are available on the ground level as well as levels 1 and 3. These include red pull chords if any assistance is required. The main reception will be notified if someone has pulled the chord and will send assistance.
The accessible toilet has an alarm cord, support bars, shelves, and enough space to turn round in a wheelchair.
There are also showers available on floors 2 and 5.
Office set-up
4 desks, and a table with 4 chairs.
Each desk has two screens- all adjustable.
The office lights are on timers and sensors so may turn on/off depending on movement.
Kitchenette on-site with drinking water, complimentary milk and fruit provided by Clockwise.

Meeting rooms
Clockwise has 4 meeting rooms available to book on-site (from 4-12 person seaters).
All meeting rooms are on the 2nd floor.
Each room has Audio Visual equipment, a table, plants, and chairs appropriate to the size of room. Each table is at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
The doors are fire doors.
The air conditioning in the meeting rooms are adjustable (however it is best to ask for Office Manager assistance).
Additional information
There is a larger accessible wet room within the building, along with showers and changing rooms, if needed.
There are no additional mobility aids on-site to use. If required, guests are advised to bring their own or to request in advance.
There are breakout spaces for any privacy/quiet time needed, however access is dependent on availability and other usage.
