Cardiff office
Getting here
The office is reachable by multiple bus routes, taxis and close to Sophia Gardens Coach Station. Cardiff Central is the closest train station (0.9 miles away for pedestrians and 1.5 miles away by car).
The office address is: Energy Saving Trust, 33-35 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9HB
Main entry to the building is on Cathedral Road, this is wheelchair accessible with the use of the installed wheelchair lift.
The building reception is staffed 9am-5pm. If reception is unoccupied, there is an intercom to call the office to the right of the front door.
The rear entry and car park are located at the back of the building. These can be reached via a lane running between Talbot Street and Hamilton Street.
Please note: the rear entrance is accessible via stairs only and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
Both routes will lead to stairs or the lift to go to 2nd floor. Turn right out if using the lifts, and left if using the stairwell to get to our office.
Parking and bike storage can be found at the rear of the building. If visiting for the first time, the Office Manager will come down to help you use this.
Car parking spaces can be booked on a first come, first served basis. The Car parking spaces are tight and there is no additional room for self or assisted transfer to a wheelchair.
If you are a blue badge holder it may be more appropriate to park on the surrounding streets, or Sophia Gardens car park has 6 blue badge bays which are free.
