Getting here

• The Office is next to the roundabout of Crockatt Road and Lady Lane Crockatt Road Intertrial Estate, (next to Hadleigh Glass & Screwfix).

• Closest Train station is Ipswich (9.1 miles), there are local buses that get within a short walk of the office.

• If driving, you’ll need to enter beside the Screwfix and follow until the end of the road.

• Entry to the building is either by ramp or 4 shallow steps up from the car park.

• Office is accessed with a key and access code for the alarm.

• The office is left unlocked when in use.

• When visiting for the first time, please email Hadleighoffice@est.org.uk to notify them and someone will be on-site to let you in.

• There are limited car parking spaces, which may restrict space around each car for room to self or assisted transfer to a wheelchair.  

Toilets

• 2 individual, self-contained cubicles containing a toilet and a sink.

• 1 of the cubicles is an accessible toilet with an alarm cord, support bars, shelves, and enough space to turn round in a wheelchair.

• Free period products are supplied in both cubicles.

• The toilets are located near reception, next to the kitchenette.

Office set-up

• 8 open plan desks (hot desks), and seating in the reception space.

• Each desk will have either 1 or 2 screens- all adjustable.

• The office lights are on timers and sensors so may turn on/off depending on movement.

• Kitchenette on-site with multiple drink options, and milk/dairy free milk alternatives.

• The kitchen is very small and is not comfortably accessible for a wheelchair user.

• There is an additional sub-office within the main space, this has additional seating for 3 people.

Meeting room

• The office has 1 meeting room, which seats 6 people comfortably.

• Each room has Audio Visual equipment, a table, plants, and chairs appropriate to the size of room. The table is at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.

• The doors are all fire doors but have been softened on closing to be silent.

• The Air Conditioning in the meeting rooms are adjustable (however best to ask for assistance),

• It is a windowless room.

• There currently is not a Hearing Loop in the meeting room.

Additional information

• There are no additional mobility aids on-site to use. If required, guests are advised to bring their own or to request in advance.

• There is a wellness room and breakout spaces for any privacy/quiet time needed, however the Room access is dependent on availability and other usage.
